Bookings & cancellations
Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 2 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.
Pricing
Prices shown are in Canadian dollars before tax and may vary by location and vehicle size. SUV surcharges apply where listed.
Memberships
Memberships are billed monthly and carry a 2-month minimum commitment. After that you may cancel at any time before your next billing date.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you're not happy with a service, let us know before you leave and we'll re-clean the affected areas at no charge.
Vehicle condition
Please remove valuables before your service. We document pre-existing damage and are not responsible for wear that existed prior to service.
