Booking
How do I book?
Use the Book a Detail button anywhere on the site. Pick a package, add any extras, choose a time and leave your name and number — that's it. No account needed.
How far ahead should I book?
A day or two ahead usually gets you the time you want, especially for weekends. Same-day slots show up on the booking page whenever they're free.
What if I need to change my appointment?
Call or email us at least 2 hours before your slot and we'll move it for free.
Do I pay when I book?
No. You pay once the job is done — card, tap or cash are all fine.
Services & Pricing
Which package should I choose?
If your car just looks dusty, a Wash & Vac is plenty. Stains, smells or a cabin full of crumbs call for an Interior Reset. Dull or rough paint? Go for the Exterior Detail — or the Complete Detail to do both.
Why do SUVs and trucks cost a little more?
Bigger vehicles take more time and product. The extra amount is shown next to each service and added automatically when you pick SUV / Truck / Van.
Are your products safe for my paint and the environment?
Yes. We use pH-balanced, biodegradable soaps and soft microfibre throughout — nothing abrasive touches your paint.
How long does a detail take?
From about 30 minutes for an Express Hand Wash to a full day or more for our top ceramic packages. Each service shows its time on the menu.
Vickey's Club
What do members get?
Five Wash & Vac visits a month at your home or office, first pick of evening and weekend times, and 15% off every add-on and detail.
Is there a contract?
There's a 2-month minimum so we can plan our schedule. After that it's month-to-month and you can cancel whenever you like.
Can I use it on more than one car?
Yes — your visits can be used on any car in your household.
Ceramic Coating
What does a ceramic coating actually do?
It bonds to your clear coat and forms a hard, slick layer. Water beads off, dirt doesn't stick as easily, and the paint is shielded from UV and road salt.
Which ceramic package is right for me?
Essential suits newer cars and anyone trying ceramic for the first time. Signature adds light correction and lasts longer. Ultimate is for enthusiasts who want the deepest gloss and longest protection.
How do I look after a coated car?
Gentle hand washes every couple of weeks and no automatic brush washes. We send you home with an aftercare kit and instructions.
Mobile Service
Do you really come to me?
Yes — we're fully mobile. We detail your car at your home, condo or office, as long as there's room to work around it and the property allows it.
Which areas do you cover?
Downtown Toronto, Midtown, East York, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke and York. Outside these areas? Call us and we'll see what we can do.
When are you available?
Every day from 9 AM to 9 PM, including most holidays. Live availability is always on the booking page.
